MAIN STAGE SET TIMES

CAMPING & PARKING

BRINGING A CAR? Follow the event signage for parking - road signs will be in place at the turn off on Woodland Road (please note there is also a Woodlands Road closer to Waihi - our festival is on Woodland Road, the turn off is 10mins north of Katikati - make sure your maps are taking you to Woodland Road, Tahawai so you don't get lost!).

STAYING OVER? If you have a tent, then you will be directed to get set up in our campsite area (see site map), please drop off gear and campers at the camper drop off area and then follow the signs to the parking area to park your car (no cars will be parked in the campsite) . If you are sleeping in car/van/camper then follow the sign to the campervan area (or one of our volunteers will direct you)

Doors open at 12PM, so come early and nab a great spot. Music kicks off at 1.30PM and you don't want to miss our 2PM Yoga class.

RETURN BUS

NEED A LIFT? We have you covered. You can purchase a return bus from the Mount or Tauranga via Humanitix. The bus will pick up attendees from the Mount at 12.30PM and Tauranga at 12.45PM. The bus leaves the festival at 12AM. Buy these ahead of time so you don't miss out on a spot. Pick up and drop off for the Mount is outside the Blake Park Netball Courts and outside the Art Gallery for Tauranga.

WHAT TO BRING

We are planning for sunshine, so bring a hat, sunscreen and your swimsuit to cool off in the river (though we recommend something warm for the evening). We will have water refill stations, so reduce waste and bring your own water bottle. Food and beverages will be available all day (list of vendors are below). You are welcome to bring your own food, but please no outside alcoholic beverages - our onsite bar is fully licensed. We also recommend insect repellent and a chair or picnic blanket to set yourself up for the day. Don't forget to  dress up for a chance to win our best dressed prize (festival theme is SHINE BRIGHT!).

ACTIVITIES

In addition to our mental health activities line up, we will have our friends Brushed offering a scenic sip and paint amongst the Avocado trees,  the opportunity to get a hand poke tattoo, free native trees of remembrance to take home (read more about this below) our shine bright tent to get festival ready and a live auction to raise additional funds for the amazing charities we are supporting.

FOOD VENDORS

We will have Rika Sushi and Tacos Tocayo serving food from 3-9pm.

We will have pies, samosa's and sausage rolls available all day and night in a variety of flavours and our famous Avo Tree guacamole and corn chips.

Pre-purchased hampers will also be available for collection from 1PM from the bar.

For our campers, we will also have bacon and egg rolls (vege & gf options available), plus coffee and tea available for purchase the next day.

TREES OF REMEMBRANCE

Josh has kindly donated these native trees after losing his father and how much this process helped him. Take a tree home and plant it for your loved one, no strings attached. If you would like to offer a koha to support our charities then you are welcome to do so. Josh has written a beautiful story about his loss and subsequent struggles with his mental health which you can read here
